Update patch for customers using FTR Player on Windows 10 and upgrading to Version 1903

For The Record is aware that some customers may experience an issue with the playback of recordings using FTR Player after upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10, update 1903.

We have resolved this issue in our latest version of FTR Player 6.5 which can be downloaded free from our online store.

Note: If you are using an FTR Suite less than version 6.5 you will need to apply the patch as per the information below.

For older versions of FTR Player or the FTR Suites,  you can still use the patch which can be downloaded here.

This patch can be applied to versions of FTR Player 5.7.1 and above (standalone or within the FTR Gold suite). It can also be applied silently via the command line using the switch /silent.

Should you require any further assistance, please contact FTR Support via the FTR Support Portal at https://support.fortherecord.com.
