Update patch for customers using FTR Player on Windows 10 and upgrading to Version 1903

For The Record is aware that some customers may experience an issue with the playback of recordings using FTR Player after upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10, update 1903.

We now have a patch available to resolve this issue which can be downloaded here.

This patch can be applied to versions of FTR Player 5.7.1 and above (standalone or within the FTR Gold suite). It can also be applied silently via the command line.
