For The Record (FTR) and Auscript are pleased to welcome two new appointments to their senior leadership team to drive the business’s optimisation and product development focus.
Shashi Mathew has joined the global leader in digital court recording and transcription services as VP Software Engineering and Product Development with Sharron Myers taking on the position of General Manager Operations.
Shashi has extensive experience across AI-related and future technologies, having worked in the US and AU and having held COO, CIO and CTO positions. He has helped spearhead and expand some of the most intuitive speech analytic tools on the market, and built businesses that deliver AI and business analytics backed by refined customer care.
His breadth of experience includes being a senior consulting architect with ATG for various Fortune 500 companies in the US including Hewlett-Packard, General Electric, Telstra, SONY-Australia and Johnson & Johnson to name a few.
Shashi will lead the business’s development team, further accelerating FTR’s audio processing capabilities and investigations into how AI can benefit court clients and court users.
As General Manager Operations, Sharron Myers heads up the Australian and UK transcription services and production teams.
Sharron brings with her a wealth of experience from across banking, technology and outsourced services in high-paced and high-volume environments, having worked at leading companies including Tabcorp, SiTEL, EY, Auto & General Insurance, IBM and Apple.
Her focus is centred on maximizing the business’s production workflows to consistently meet client expectations and service benchmarks, while driving continuous improvement.
Shashi and Sharron will play leading roles in driving customer success and global growth as courts across the world increasingly embrace digital technology and a managed services model to better facilitate the capture and access to court audio and transcripts.
