Notice of Discontinuation of FTR ReporterDeck^TM 2

The manufacturer of the FTR ReporterDeck 2, Marantz, has ceased production of the product, leaving FTR with no option but to discontinue the product.

We will accept orders for ReporterDeck 2 units subject to product availability and at FTR’s discretion.  Discontinuance of the ReporterDeck 2 does not impact FTR’s existing warranty policy.  FTR will also honor existing support agreements to their expiration.  Beyond their expiration, FTR will accept new support contracts on a best endeavours basis and subject to the availability of parts from Marantz.  Additionally, ReporterDeck 2 units not under support contract will still be accepted for repair, once again, on a best endeavours basis and subject to the availability of parts from Marantz.

FTR, through its development, sales and support teams, is focused at minimizing the impact this product discontinuation may cause our valued reseller and customer base.
