Put simply, ThinkLink enables users to dynamically link notes taken during live meetings to specific points within digital audio/video recordings of those meetings, while being disconnected from the recording system itself.  Then, at a later time (e.g. during post review) when users have access to the recordings via optical media, LAN or the Internet, they can click their notes and the recordings will playback at the precise time that the user took the original notes.   Importantly, ThinkLink provides this novel capability without employing a database.  It is based on the fundamental concept that individual meetings exhibit the unique attributes of Location, Date and Time (LDT) i.e. no two meetings will share these same three attributes.

Due to its independence from a database and utilization of simple hyperlink technology, ThinkLink can very easily be integrated into other 3^rd-party applications like case management and digital asset management systems, without the need for clients to incur significant upfront integration and ongoing support/maintenance expenses that are typical with the addition of proprietary databases.
