We have recently expanded our operations to include courtrooms in  North Carolina. The Site Assessment Coordinator will have a customer-centered focus and be responsible for assessing customer sites, documenting findings, and developing reports for hardware/software installations.   To be successful, one must be a self-starter and who is comfortable working independently,  as well as in a team.

 

Primary Role Accountabilities

  • Manage customer relationship and meet schedule for conducting site                     assessments
  • Conducts walk-through surveys to assess and document courtroom sites for hardware/software implementations
  • Produce Visio diagram of courtroom environment
  • Accountable for developing, assembling, and publishing audit reports within timeframes suitable for client consumption
  • Other duties as required in the role

 

Essential work experience, qualifications and skills

  • Audio, AV and/or digital audio experience
  • Technical writing and report development experience
  • Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a customer facing environment
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
  • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
  • Candidate must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly MS Visio and MS Word
  •  Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures & promote efficiencies
  • Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal & external customer experience
  • Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across different cultures

Role Challenges and Special Working Conditions 

  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation to and from project sites
  • Position holder will be required to lift over 50lbs and bend/reach for tools and equipment
  • Interstate travel will be required
  • Work site will require ability to navigate stairs, ladders, and confined spaces
